"Everything is gone, its only the canines and the little prey there is left. One moment we were living in peace with the humans in this village, we would hunt with them and everything was perfect. Then all at once it happened, the humans were dying in their sleep and sleep walking into the forest.They would never return from the forest, if they did then it was weeks later and they were dead, lifeless corpses bent on killing us. We don't know what happened exactly that day, but we know now how dangerous it is to sleep alone, we have to stay close to each others hearts. There is no room for distrust in the other canines for I believe we will be the next to fade."

☠ Welcome to our village ☠

A warning to all, if you enter there is no turning back, and hardly a chance for survival. Day after day we've been disappearing, go anywhere near the forest you're dead, go to sleep and you're dead, there is no where we can go, we're stuck here in the village being picked off one by one. With the humans gone, us canine are all thats left, the canines and them. They haunt our dreams, filling our lives with fright, and the worst part is thats what these monsters are. Dreams, but they are very dangerous, very real. While sleeping it's like a labyrinth, each turn makes your heart race and you should never be alone. It's those who dream alone that are killed, the only way to survive here is to make sure you fall asleep thinking of someone, they don't like attacking us when we're in pairs but I don't know how long it'll take until we start dropping of exhaustion one by one, or worse these things will stop haunting just our dreams, they'll enter the village.

☠ The Rules ☠

I know, I know rules are boring but please take the time to read over them. These rules will ensure that you are not led astray by a monster and you are not removed from the pack.

1. It is recommended you be in less then 5 packs before you join.

In Faded we will not decline you for being in more then five packs but a fair warning: we are an active pack that sometimes tends to move fast in rp. If you cannot keep up with the rp you may want to drop a few packs or move to a pack friend sense roleplaying is a major part in our pack.

2. Follow all Wolfquest forum rules.

This means on the WQ thread and on our topic. We don't want any trolls or spammers on our forum, even if they're trolling/spamming without realizing it. Please read the WQ forum rules here if you haven't yet already: http://www.wolfquest.org/bb/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=20100

3. Be respectful to other members of the pack.

In Faded there shouldn't be any rude behavior towards another member. In order to survive the night attacks we must keep each other close, if we begin to argue and fight among our ranks we will have no chance in survival.

4. Realism.

Although our pack is based off of a non-realistic plot but please, no wolves with wings/horns/wolves that can climb walls and fly.

5. No starting Drama inside the chatbox.

We are a friendly pack that strives to be drama free outside of roleplay. This means that anything argument/fight related within the rp will be left inside the rp. Nothing that happens inside of the rp should be taken personaly because its only rping in character.

6. Being Literate and detailed as possible in rp is required.

We don't require out members to post in the third person, but it is recommended. It is easier to reach our word count of 200 words but if you think you can reach it rping in 1st person go right now ahead. Remember if your post doesn't reach 200 words you will be asked to modify it so it does.

7. Stay away from the forest

Remember this rule, as it will be your code of passing. If you so much as lay a paw in the forest you are as good as dead, so this rule is to be obeyed and is by far one of the most important rules.

EFA- Excused for Absence
☒- This Symbol stands for a warning, if a member is warned once they will be banned from the chatbox and if they are warned twice they will be temporarily banned form the site. Warned 3 times they will be removed from the pack.
☑- When this is beside a member's name it means that they are active.
✓- This symbol next to any wolf name means semi-active.
✗- A x that is out of a box mainly means a wolf is inactive and at risk of being removed.
PMotM- This is an honor given to our most active, positive, friendly, and helpful member. They are given a blue name and PMotM to be recognized and have mod power on the chatbox for the month.

☠ Hierarchy ☠

Keepers
The group for those willing to keep control within the pack. When night arrives they usually manage their own separate groups during the dreams. Keepers are usually close to a good amount of members, and close to each other as well. Its a stressful job to be a keeper but they are willing to die to protect their group. When not in dreams the Keepers make decisions together, Sam is the head Keeper who makes all the announcements.

Naturals
These members are the bravest, they're job is to keep the monsters at bay. They're job is a dangerous one and they are often putting their life on the line to protect the pack. They're not always used as bait, usually they knock things over to slow monster or cover up tracks and set false trails to mislead the monsters.

Supernaturals
Much like the Naturals but Supernaturals face monsters head on in battles. The believe in many different supernatural ideas and often use them to aid them in battle. Most of the members think they're freaks, which Supernaturals are usually a little bit stranger than the rest but over all the pack respects them and honors their bravery.

Med Runners
If anything these members are good at one thing, running. They're selfless wolves that often help out with the weak. As well as fast runners these wolves are expected to specialize in herbs, they'll stay behind and tend to wounded wolves until they're beyond the point of saving, only then will they put an end to the wolves agony and run to catch up with the pack.

Gatherers
The Gatherers can't waste a moment, they go through houses and waste in search for remains of food while avoiding death. Although their job seems easy the Gatherers are pressured by time, they have to manage to get as much food to the pack and still be able to survive and bring back enough food for the pack. Gatherers have a stressful job and often push themselves to the limits so they aren't responsible for the pack starving.

Subordinates
These members are apart of the pack, they are really helpers to all the ranks but this also means they're often ordered around. Subordinates are expected to have calm personalities and be fairly good at each of the different ranks.
